After installing the game, look on your Windows Start-menu for the DiscFlightSim.
You should also see a desktop icon.
When the game starts, press F1 for some quick help.
Press Shift-Q for game options and levels.

Some default discs and names shown in the game are fictitious.
The disc flights are simulated-only using real-time computer physics.
It's real-looking, but just a computer simulation.
